Job Introduction
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated Sales Executive (BDE) who has completed at least 6 months of internship or training in an IT company. In this role, you will work directly with the Founder, following a strategic SOP to identify, connect, and convert potential clients—primarily in the eCommerce sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of internship/training experience in IT sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
- Basic understanding of website development and eCommerce platforms (Shopify / WordPress)
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Interest in digital trends, online business, and how websites impact growth
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is a plus
- Confidence in presentations and client handling
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce space who need website or store development
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Apollo, and other digital channels
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions (Shopify / WordPress)
- Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and project discussions
- Follow structured sales processes and work closely with the Founder on strategy
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
